FAQ
When will I receive my order?
- Orders are shipped within 1-2 working days from when order was placed (excluding Friday, weekends and public holidays). Once shipped you'll receive a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking number (check junk/spam folder).
- NEW ZEALAND - Once shipped, allow 1-3 working days for non-rural and 3-5 working days for rural.
- AUSTRALIA - Once shipped, allow 10-15 working days.
- REST OF WORLD - Once shipped, allow 15-20 working days.
Can I change or cancel my order once it's been placed?
- Contact us straight away and we will do our best! In some cases we are unable to change or cancel orders once it has shipped. Please double check your details, address and products are correct before completing your order.
What should I do if my order arrives incorrect or products are faulty?
- We are so sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us at info@sassbeauty.co.nz with pictures of the incorrect/faulty product and your order number within reasonable time from delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
What if my package is lost or damaged during shipment?
- We are so sorry this has happened! Unfortunately we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once they leave us. If you do experience this and/or haven't received your package within the timeframe, please contact NZ Post for NZ residents, or for overseas residents, contact your international courier assigned to your tracking number directly as soon as you can as they will be able to assist you further or contact us at info@sassbeauty.co.nz and we will do our best to help.

Do you have a student discount code?
- Yes we do! We want to make it more affordable for students. Please contact us by email info@sassbeauty.co.nz to verify your student status and we will send you the details.
