We do our best to ensure you are happy with your items.
- For health and hygiene reasons, we do not refund or exchange products unless a product is faulty or wrong product is received. If this happens, please email us directly at info@sassbeauty.co.nz within 72 hours of receiving your order and we'll determine the next steps.
- We do not refund or exchange products for user error. To determine if user error, please contact us and we'll investigate the issue and advise you on the outcome.
- We do not refund if an order is delayed.
- Clearance items are final sale.
