  • For health and hygiene reasons, we do not refund or exchange products unless a product is faulty or wrong product is received. If this happens, please email us directly at info@sassbeauty.co.nz within 72 hours of receiving your order and we'll determine the next steps.
  • We do not refund or exchange products for user error. To determine if user error, please contact us and we'll investigate the issue and advise you on the outcome.
  • We do not refund if an order is delayed. 
  • Clearance items are final sale
Please note that accurate representation of the product's on screen may vary (lashes are handmade so each pair may differ slightly). We cannot compensate for the viewer's monitor or colour settings therefore we do not refund or exchange due to change of mind and/or wrong shade or product. Swatches/product images are an indication so please choose carefully.
